Service Starts With Safety
All of our employees are oriented into the KEY safety culture. We understand the safety concerns of our clients' facility operations, active construction activities, site setting, and potential weather impacts. Our commitment to Safety is led by Noah Zajac, KEY's Health and Safety Manager. Noah provides pre-employment support, training, liability evaluations, on-site work observations, health and safety plan development, incident reviews, implementation of new safety procedures, and evaluates key performance indicators (KPIs). He also oversees KEY’s participation with safety affiliates.
Our professionals are 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER trained with annual 8-hour refreshers. Additional training topics include:
-
Stop work authority
-
Proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment
-
Hazard Communication
-
Use and care of field testing equipment
-
Job safety analysis and tailgate meetings
-
Driver safety
All employees understand that from onboarding to worksite and even to home, safety is valued to ensure that our employees' well-being and our clients, contractors, and families are kept safe.
