Ms. Nicholas is experienced in database management through ArcGIS database software, organizing material data analytical packages for proper waste tracking and disposal of BUD/FAR materials, conceptual groundwater modeling, mapping and reporting, inspection/monitoring of erosion and sediment control plans, vegetative assessments, and construction oversight. Her projects have included oversight at several waterfront redevelopment properties overseeing contractors, soil and groundwater sampling, air monitoring, solid waste, and wastewater tracking, and oversight of a wetland restoration and sediment remediation while following an air monitoring plan under EPA standards.
