Mr. Kurincak is a Staff Engineer with experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, construction oversight for remediation activities, wetland delineations, and geotechnical stability analyses. He provided construction quality assurance for installation of 40-mil HDPE geomembrane at the largest fly ash impoundment in the country and has conducted site reconnaissance and reporting for numerous Phase I ESAs. He was also involved in the decommissioning process of a coal-fired power plant in Ohio.
